    The Canadian Coast Guard in St. John's, Newfoundland has a
    requirement for the services of a contractor to carry out all
    necessary work involved in the annual refit of the CCG Vessel
    Cape Roger.  A complete description of this requirement is
    attached as a detailed specification at Annex "A", Statement of
    Work.  All work, repairs, inspections and renewals specified in
    Annex "A" are to be carried out to the satisfaction of the
    Owner's Representative and, where applicable, the attending TC
    Marine Safety Inspector. 
    
    This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
    on Internal Trade.
    
    A  viewing of the vessel will take place on February 27, 2014
    starting at 9:00 A.M. At DFO Base BIO Location Dartmouth, Nova
    Scotia.  While this viewing is not mandatory, bidders are
    required to confirm with the contracting authority on or before
    February 25, 2014 if they intend to attend the viewing. 
    
    The bidders conference will take place in St. John's, NL via
    conference call on February 27, 2014  starting at 2:00 P.M. 
    The conference will take place at the John Cabot Building
    located at 10 Barter's Hill in St. John's, Newfoundland.  The
    location for the conference call in Nova Scotia will be
    determined at a later date.

    IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:
    
    Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, Bidders
    must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Bidder.  Furthermore, as determined
    by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
    Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
    requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form and related documentation.  
    
    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
    addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
    addressed in the submitted tender.
