    Rental of  Two (2) Loaders (without operator), to be used as
    stevedoring equipment to load and discharge general cargo
    onboard DFO ships and barges, for the Department of Fisheries
    and Oceans Canada (DFO) Newfoundland and Labrador Region  in
    accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Equipment
    specifications stated in the SOW, included with the Request for
    Proposal (RFP) and as follows: 
    
    1. Loader Rentals, Rental of 1 Volvo L120 E/F or equivalent
    loader w/8 ft wide back rack and 4ft hydraulic forks, 8ft long
    extension forks.  Boom suspension, floodlights w/ quick
    disconnect.  Maximum 3000 hours use, strait nose bucket w/
    cutting edge about 4.3 Cu Yards, Lifting capacity of about 6 to
    8 tons.  Static tipping load at full turn 11000 kgs., Quantity:
    1, Unit of Issue: MONTH, Delivery Dates: Before 15 June 2012. 
    
    2. Loader Rentals, Rental of 1 Volvo L90 E/F or equivalent
    loader w/8 ft wide back rack and 4 ft hydraulic forks, 8 ft long
    extension forks.  Boom suspension, floodlights w/ quick
    disconnect.  Maximum 3000 hours use, lifting capacity of about 4
    to 6 tons.  Static tipping load at full turn 8900 kgs.,
    Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: MONTH, Delivery Dates: Before 15
    June 2012.
    
    3. Loader Rentals, Provisionary allowance for Transportation:
    Delivery of the 2 Loaders to and Pick Up from the Canadian Coast
    Guard Base, St. John's NL., Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: LOT,
    Delivery Dates: Delivery Before 15 June 2012. 
    
    Period of Contract: The original rental period will be for a
    four (4) month period from: June 15, 2012 and ending October
    20th, 2012 with an additional two (2) year option periods  for
    2013 and 2014 same months duration.  The Loaders will be
    operated for an approximate of 200 hours during the period of
    the contract. 
    
    Delivery and Pick Up Destination:  St. John's, Newfoundland and
    Labrador before 15 June 2012 (Mandatory) for Loading on board
    the Fisheries and Oceans vessel Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS)
    Terry Fox.
