Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), to
establish Supply Arrangements (SA) for Diving Services within
the Atlantic Region.

SAs are non-binding agreements between PWGSC and suppliers to
provide a range of services on an "as requested" basis.  They
are essentially a list of qualified suppliers for certain
services with a set of predetermined terms and conditions that
would apply to any subsequent contracts issued under the SA.

The overall objective of this SA is to assist the Department of
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) in
the Atlantic North (Newfoundland) and Atlantic South Region,
(Nova Scotia, PEI, and New Brunswick ) with Commercial Diving as
required.

The following are the categories of services that may be
required under this SA:

 The Commercial Diving Operations may include: 
1. Underwater Vessel Inspection and survey 
2. Underwater hull repair including welding on both aluminum and
steel hulls 
3. Supply and installation of air bladders, plugs and patches to
stop the ingress of water and to allow repairs/maintenance
within the vessel. 
4. Wharf and structure inspections 
5. Prevention of pollution and environmental leakage 
6. Propeller repair 
7. Underwater hull cleaning and other maintenance 
8. Video documentation of damage and repairs. 
9. Supply and Operation of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) with
and/or without articulating arms. 
10. Other operations as required.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
