The Canadian Coast Guard in St. John's, Newfoundland has a requirement for the services of a contractorto carry out all necessary work in
volved in the Drydocking repair. A complete description of this requirement is attached as a detailed specification at
 Annex "A", Statement of Work.  All work, repairs, inspections and renewals specified in Annex "A" are to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Owner's Representative and, where applicable, the attending Marine Safety Inspector. 

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) is applicable to this requirement

This DryDocking is required to complete repairs to the Starboard shaft. Therefore , the vessel will not transit to any shipyard that requires transit to or through the Gulf of St-Lawrence. This includes destinations in the Northumberland Straight and Northern Cape Breton including Sydney, NS
