Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CFB Halifax - Tug Support Services W010X-17H022/A Connolly, Carolyn Telephone No. - (709) 772-5396 Fax No. - (709) 772-4603 Public Works and Government Services Canada will issue a contract to secure two (2) marine tractor tug vessels in support of Cutlass Fury (CF16). Exercise CF16 is a joint, combined and inter-agency exercise hosted by Commander Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) and executed by Commander Canadian Fleet Atlantic (CCFL), with a particular focus on joint maritime tactical warfare in a multi-threat environment. The Contractor shall provide exclusive use of two (2) marine tractor tug vessels for standby and berthing during the period of 22 - 26 September 2016 in the harbour of St John’s, NL. The contractor shall be on an optional standby day of 27 September 2016. The Contractor must perform the Work in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
