DFO Science requires a service to collect up to 60 seals (50 harp seals, 10 hooded seals,50:50 male: female ratio, 75% large bedlamers and adults, 25% small bedlamers and YOY) from offshore waters (>30 nautical miles from shore) of Northeast Newfoundland (NAFO Divisions 3KL) and Southern Labrador (NAFO Divisions 2J3K).

IMPORTANT: In order to submit a bid, offerors must read/understand and be able to meet all the specifications listed in the attached Specification document, which forms part of Annex "A". In a technical bid document, bidders must demonstrate how they can meet the required services.
