    HVAC Controls Replacement - CCGS Henry Larsen
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), for HVAC Controls Replacement on board the CCGS Henry Larsen.    
        
    This contract will consist of the replacement of HVAC controls on board the CCGS Henry Larsen in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.  The proposed upgrade will take place between November 29 and December 20, 2017.  Please see the attached Annex "A" for the required technical specifications. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a viewing to be held at the Canadian Coast Guard base in St. John’s, NL on June 14, 2017.  The viewing will begin at 9 am. 
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 4 pm on June 13, 2017 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
