The Canadian Coast Guard has a competitive no substitute requirement for the supply of Viega pipe fittings as per Annex “E” - Specification. Material must be genuine Viega OEM components with ABS certification. All components to be compatible with Viega ProPress and Mega Press equipment. 

It is requested that supporting technical documentation and ABS certification be provided with the bid at solicitation close. If technical documentation and ABS certification is not provided at bid closing, the Contract Authority will notify the bidder that they must provide supporting documentation within two (2) business days following notification. Failure to comply with the request for the Contracting Authority within that time period, will deem the bid non-responsive and the bid will be given no further consideration.
