    This cancels and supersedes previous Request for Standing Offer
    Number E60PD-11OSFB/B dated October, 2nd 2012 and closing at
    2:00 PM on November 28, 2012.
    
    This procurement is a set aside under the federal government's
    Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
    
    There are two (2) separate solicitation documents published on
    GETS for this requirement; 
    one (1) solicitation document E60PD-11OSFB/C aimed at the
    general industry and one (1) under the aboriginal set-aside
    program E60PD-11OSFB/D. If Offerors are eligible and choose to
    make an offer on both requirements they must quote on the
    appropriate solicitation document, in other words submit two (2)
    separate offer packages.

    Requirement
    
    This requirement is to establish Master Standing Offer(s) for
    the supply of  miscellaneous office and desk supplies for use by
    any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in
    Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act,
    R.S., 1985, c. F-11 on an "as and when requested" basis for a
    period from date of issuance until March 31, 2014 with the
    option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods
    under the same terms and conditions.
    
    Basis of Selection
    
    This requirement is directed to a reseller / dealer community
    which is inclusive of Regionally Based Small and Medium
    Enterprises (SMEs). Therefore offers will be evaluated and
    issued on a regional basis. In the event that an Offeror is
    successful in more than one region, PWGSC will issue one
    Standing Offer document addressing the applicable regions. All
    standing Offer documents will clearly indicate the regions and
    individual pricing that applies.
    
    The regions for the RFSOs and resulting RMSOs are defined as
    Pacific, Western, Northern Ontario,  Southern/South Central
    Ontario, Eastern Ontario/National Capital Region, Quebec,
    Newfoundland/ Labrador, New-Brunswick/Prince Edward Island and
    Nova Scotia.
    
    
    
    
    Delivery Date: 22/01/2013
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
