Bids must be submitted by May 5, 2020 at 2h00 PM EST. Statement of Requirement The Canadian Wildlife Service has a requirement for the manufacturing of single plastic wing envelopes, with varying quantities of 5 different artwork designs. The contents of the envelopes contain biological samples, the envelopes must adhere to precise Canada Post specifications. A single type of envelope is needed to facilitate the sample shipment. However, depending on the province of residence, users send their samples using one of five different envelope artwork designs. Trade Agreements The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
