Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Supply and Delivery of Instant Sea Salt to the Department of Fisheries & Oceans, Charlottetown, PEI on an "as required" basis during the period from date of award to October 31 2019.

Complete specifications and details are included in attached Request for Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and  North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
