Re: Lime Spreader

Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island requires the supply and delivery of a lime spreader with 4 load cells as described in Annex A - Requirement.  There is a trade in of a Wilmar 500 Fertilize spreader serial number 00102108735.  

Delivery Date: on or before February 1, 2019

Site Visit: The site visit will be held on October 11, 2018 @ 9:30 a.m. meeting at the Harrington Farm. 1200 Brackley Point Road, Prince Edward Road.  Bidders are to communicate with the Contracting Authority prior to the visit to confirm attendance.  Bidders that do not attend are not precluded from submitting a bid.  Bidders are to provide the Contracting Authority with the names of their representative no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled site visit.


Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service.  Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS.  

Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.  

After issuance of a contract, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal.  Offerors should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation document requires attention.
