Request for Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision
of all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and
supervision to perform cleaning requirement for catch basins,
sumps and water/oil separators on an as and when requested basis
at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall
be 01 November 2014 to 31 October 2017, inclusive.

It is the intention of Canada to issue a single Standing Offer
as a result of this request.

Debriefings:  After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may
request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing
offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that
their offer was unsuccessful.  The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
