Request for Proposal for the provision of all labour, equipment
tools, materials, transportation and supervision for semi-annual
inspections, scheduled and emergency repairs on Vehicle Lifts
and Dock Levellers in use at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario in
accordance with the Specification.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for
site visit to be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.,
Building S-111, Room C-114 CFB Petawawa, Ontario.Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 3 days
before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the
names of the person(s) who will attend. Failure to attend or
send a representative to the site visit will result in your bid
being rejected as non-compliant.

Period of contract will be from 01 July 2015 to 30 June 2018
inclusive.
