Request for Proposal for the provision of all labour, materials,
supervision, transportation and equipment to carry out repairs
to the sliding axle assembly and related structural corrosion on
5, 2002, Model DB-53P 53' Durabody trailers for Garrison
Petawawa, Ontario in accordance with the Statement of Work
attached as Annex "A"

It is Mandatory that bidders provide proof of registration with
the Controlled Goods Program with their bid.

There will be a Mandatory Site visit held at Garrison Petawawa
to enable bidders to view the equipment.  Arrangements have been
made for the site visit to be held on June 17, 2015 at 10:00
a.m. and bidders shall report to 1 Field Hospital compound, 147
Flanders Row, Bldg BB-118.  Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bid will be rejected as non-compliant.  Bidders shall
contact the PWGSC Contracting Authority to confirm attendance no
later than 3 days before the scheduled site visit date.
