 Should an uninvited SA holder wish to be invited, they may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five (5) days before the published closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA holder unless it wouldn’t be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstances will such an invitation require Canada to extend the bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment

Description of the Requirement:

1.2.1 The Department of National Defence (DND has a requirement for the provision of one Human Resources (HR) Assistant - Junior- in Personnel Services in Garrison Petawawa to assist the Civilian Personnel Manager for One year contract with two one year options.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

1.2.2 The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) , the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA,  the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).


Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Award to 31 March 2020 with two one year options: Option Year 1 - 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 and Option Year 2 - 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.


Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 250 (days)
