This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number W0135-172073/A dated 21 August 2017 with a closing date of 
7 September 2017 at 2:00pm EDT.

For the Department of National Defence, establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply and deliver grocery products to 22 Wing North Bay on an "as and when requested" basis.  This SOA will be for a period of one (1) year divided into two (2) six (6) month periods. 

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be:

Period 1 : Date of issuance - 30 April 2018
Period 2 : 1 May 2018 - 31 October 2018 

The Closing Date Schedule can be found at Annec "C" of the RFSO document as follows:

Period 1: Closes 11 October 2017
Period 2: Closes 11 April 2018

Suppliers on a source list will be used for Period 1, but all interested suppliers are invited to submit an offer.

Only one (1) notice will be posted on Buy & Sell, GETS (Government Electroinc Tendering Service) for this requirement.  This posting will include all documents which are to be submitted by the Offeror for the rebidding period.  No further notice will be given to the Offerors of the periodic tender closing dates.  It is the Offeror's responsibility to create a "bring-forward system" that best suits their needs.

An amendment to the solicitation will be posted on Buy & Sell if there must be any change to the requirement, the Schedule of Tender Closing Dates or the  at Annex B.  It is the responsibility of the Offeror's to assure themselves they receive all amendments (if any) during the period from the date this solicitaion is published on Buy & Sell.

Suppliers are asked to submit their questions, comments and inquiries regarding the Request for Standing Offer by fax, mail or email, if they wish.  Questions should be sent by fax to 613-687-6656 or by email at cynthia.lamorie@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Standing Offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Standing Offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
