    Requirement:
    
    22 Wing, North Bay, Food Services requires one (1) year Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO) on an "as and when requested" basis for the supply and delivery of a wide variety of food products.
    
    The Period of the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to 31 October 2020 with various price refresh periods.
    
    This Request for Standing Offers may result in the issuance of up to four (4) Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO).
    
    Standing Offer holders will be given the opportunity to refresh their Firm Unit of Issue Price "on or before" the Price Refresh Due Date indicated in Annex "C" - Price Refresh Periods for all of the line items identified in the Standing Offer they have been issued.
    
    Trade Agreements:
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    Debriefings
    
    Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
