IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REFERENCE BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Clean Catch Basins
Requirement: 

To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all supervision, labour, materials, tools and equipment required to perform cleaning requirements for catch basins, sumps and water/oil separators on an "as and when requested" basis at Garrison Petawawa.
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be from 01 February 2021 to 31 January 2024.
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) will result in the issuance of one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO).
Security Requirements: There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.

Debriefings: 

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
