Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Rotavirus vaccine E60PH-21ROTA/B Joy(ph884), Sharon Telephone No. - (819) 420-2964 Line 1, Rotavirus Vaccine Purpose of the RFP: Federal, Provincial and Territorial (F/P/T) jurisdictions have a requirement for the supply and delivery of pediatric Rotavirus vaccine to immunize approximately 505,000 infants per year. Term of Contract: Resulting contract(s) will be from the April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024 with two additional one-year option periods. Up to two contracts may be awarded for the vaccine. Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bids with the two lowest evaluated prices will be recommended for award as set out in solicitation. Delivery: As and when requested. This requirement is for the Federal/Provincial/Territorial(F/P/T) Group Purchasing Program for Drugs and Vaccines. Canada is acting as a purchasing agent for Provincial and Territorial Governments. Delivery Date: 01/04/2021 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
