Purpose of the RFP:
Federal, Provincial and Territorial (F/P/T) jurisdictions have a requirement for the supply and delivery of approximately 8,885,000 doses of Annual Influenza Vaccine.

Definition of Requirement and quantities:
The F/P/T jurisdictions have identified the following Annual Influenza Vaccine requirements: 

Item 1a: Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine (QIV) - Pre-filled Syringe (PFS) with an approved age indication of six (6) months of age and above.

Item 1b: Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine (QIV) - Multi-Dose Vial (MDV) with an approved age indication of six (6) months of age and above.

Item 2a: Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine (QIV) - Pre-filled Syringe (PFS) with an approved age indication of five (5) years of age and above.

Item 2b: Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine (QIV) - Multi-Dose Vial (MDV) with an approved age indication of five (5) years of age and above.

There is a requirement for an overage reserve of 5%.

Term of Contract:
Resulting contracts will be from the date of award to March 31, 2023 with two additional one-year option periods.

It is anticipated that up to two contracts will be awarded for items 1a, 1b and 2b. One contract will be awarded for item 2a.

Delivery:
As and when requested.

Delivery Date: 15/12/2021

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
