This requirement is for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation.  Only SA Holders of Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT are eligible to compete for this requirement.  

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

1) Ebsco Canada Ltd.
2) LM Information Delivery Inc.

Description of the requirement:

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has a requirement for the purchase of:

1) subscriptions to publications of all types and in all media, including but not limited to traditional print material that may be added to the physical holdings of a library, as well as electronic content hosted remotely by a publisher; 
2) subscription management and related support; and 
3) delivery of subscriptions and electronic access services.


Anticipated Start Date:

March 2019

Proposed Contract Period:

The proposed contract period is one year from contract award date.  In addition, there are two (2) one-year option periods for the renewal of search tool subscription.

Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement must be submitted to the PWGSC Contracting Authority identified in this posting. 

NOTE TO BIDDERS:

1) Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the PWGSC Point of Contact to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.  BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE ‘BUYANDSELL’ WEBSITE.
2) Supply Arrangement E60PI-17AGNT is refreshed on an annual basis.
