Nature of Requirements: 

Transport Canada (TC) requires access to international socio-economic data, to estimate its air origin-destination passenger forecasts. These forecasts are developed to support Finance Canada which relies on TC forecasts to determine the Air Travellers Security Charge (ATSC) and the revenue they will receive from it.

The solicitation is intended to result in the award of 1 (one) contract for 1 (one) year, and up to 1 (one) irrevocable option year allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
