Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: Qualified Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Notice of Proposed Procurement Title: Systems Furniture for 180 Wellington Project Description: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is renovating the Wellington Building located at 180 Wellington Street in downtown Ottawa, Ontario. The Wellington Building is a seven story structure (a penthouse, mezzanine, six (6) floors and two (2) basement levels). Requirement: PWGSC has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of a newly manufactured interconnecting panel system, complete with supported and freestanding components. The same manufacturer must supply the panel system, supported and freestanding components, including panel segment glass add-ons, mobile and fixed pedestals, and metal storage towers. Schedule: All components must be delivered by April 30, 2016. Security Requirement: There is a security requirement applicable to this requirement. Integrity Provisions - Associated Information: Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003. Trade Agreements: This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement. Basis of Selection: All bids must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price by item will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
