    EP757-221971/A - SJAM Projector Niches
    144 Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario
    
    Project description:  Modifications are required to six (6) existing AV projector niches in the SJAM building, 144 Wellington, room 100 to accommodate new, larger projectors. HVAC and structural enhancements are required as part of the new interventions and careful protection of existing Heritage materials is required throughout.
    Work is to be completed within 17 Weeks after contract award. 
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
    
    1.  The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC).
    
    2.  The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A.
     
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit on 22/09/2022 at 9:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of 144 Wellington St.
    Interested bidders must email the Contracting Authority by 20/09/2022 at 3:00PM EST.

    Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (3) business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    
    BID DOCUMENTS:
    
    Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders or at the toll-free number 1-855-886-3030.  
    
    Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same government electronic tendering service.
    
    Firms that elect to base their bids on bid documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid calling authority of their intention to bid.
    BID RECEIVING:
    
    Bids may be submitted by using the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation.
    Sealed bids will be received at:  Public Works and Government Services Canada, Bid Receiving Unit, Place du Portage, Phase III, Main Lobby Core 0B2, 11 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 1C9.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
