Requirement:

Public Works Government Services Canada, on behalf of its client, Correctional Service Canada - CORCAN, has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of drawer components on an as-and-when requested basis, for the manufacture of furniture at various CORCAN facilities across Canada for assembly and resale in support of their rehabilitation program.

Delivery:

Delivery of the defined items, if and when required, may be ordered as individual or as a combination of items to the following CORCAN locations:

Springhill Institution - Springhill, NS;
Community Industries - Moncton, NB;
Cowansville Institution - Cowansville, QC;
Warkworth Institution - Campbellford, ON;
Bath Institution - Bath, ON;
Stony Mountain Institution - Winnipeg, MB;
Mission Institution - Mission, BC.

Initial Period of Requirement:
Date of award to June 30, 2019

Optional Extension Periods:
Period 1 - July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020
Period 2 - July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021
Period 3 - July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022
Period 4 - July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023

The requirement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to prison labour.
