This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/E, and covers a requirement from the following Sub-Category(ies) of the SA: Rotary Conference Chair; 2. Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of 204 Rotary Conference Chair to Toronto, Ontario by April 4 2018. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General stream of Suppliers (SA holders). 4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. 5. The bid solicitation is also open to suppliers who are not Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60PQ-120001/E, and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-PQ-959-70369). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 6. There is no security requirement associated with the requirement. 7. Bidders may submit enquires about the RFB to the Contracting Authority until three business days prior to the RFB closing date 8. Following are the basic features and attributes required by Canada: Rotary Conference Chair; - Headrest - removable ; - backrest height - high back; - backrest dimensions - 20; - Lumbar Support - adjustable; - Armrests - height/width/swivel Adjustable /T/ Arm; - Seat Depth - medium fixed - Depth: 420mm to 460mm (16.5in to 18.1in); - Dimension of Manufacturers actual seat depth - 17.6 ; - Seat backrest locks - lockable or stoppable in multiple positions ; - Tilt mechanism - concurrently pre-set ration of 1:1 ; - Upholstery - back breathable material/ seat fabric ; - Max weight - 325 lbs- 147.4 kg ; - Green chair recognition - yes Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
