Amendment 002 is raised to modify the tolerance of the height adjustable range of Article no. 8. Detailed Product Requirements, Product no. 1 Modular Sit-Stand Benching.

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf Real Property Branch, has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of modular sit-stand benching workstations (8), power modules (58), laptop tables (12) and individual private lounge chairs (6) to Gatineau, Quebec on or before March 15, 2019.  

The Contractor must provide the items in accordance with the Requirement at Annex “A”. 

This requirement is subject to the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
