This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EN916-212055/A dated 2021/02/15 with a closing of 2021/03/02 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.


Requirement 
The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of Focus Pods, chairs and Whiteboards to 350 Albert, Ottawa, Ontario.  The Contractor must provide the items in accordance with the requirement at Annex A. 

Multiple contracts may be awarded from the solicitation. 


Trade Agreements 
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).


Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
