This amendment is raised to extend the closing date to Tuesday,
May 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm EDT.

Requirement:
DND has a requirement for Strip, Camouflage, Fabric, Burlap
Cloth in various colours. The Standing Offer will be valid for
thirty six (36) months from issuance with the option to extend
for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

Technical Requirements:
Items must be provided in accordance with the following
technical requirements:
Strip, Camouflage, Fabric, Burlap Cloth, 100% Natural Jute;  
3.00 inch wide; in rolls 300.00 ft (100 yards) long; designed
for general purpose camouflage
A tolerance of  + / - 5% on the stated width of 3 inches wide.
The material supplied shall meet the requirements of NFPA 701
Test #1 - Standard
Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Resistant Textiles and Films;
2010 Edition.

The estimated quantity for the initial 3 year period is 180,000
yards and 60,000 yards for the possible extension year.

Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
