    This amendment changes the closing date to November 19, 2014.
    
    
    REPAIR AND OVERHAUL OF SOFT WALLED TACTICAL SHELTERS
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
    Repair and Overhaul (R&O) services to be performed on Canadian
    Forces soft walled tactical shelters material /fabric components
    only . There will be no provision for metallurgy repairs.
    Bidders must have the capability for maintenance, repair and
    refurbishment of the complete material /fabric components. Work
    will be conducted in Canada at one (1 ) established repair
    facility.
    The R&O functions include , but are not limited to receipt,
    inspection, cleaning, repair, modification, conversion,
    upgrades, packaging, shipping, invoicing and overall control of
    government supplied material while at the contractor's
    designated place of work.
    
    The period of performance of the contract will be for a period
    of 2 years from Contract award date with the irrevocable option
    to extend the period of the Contract by up to three (3)
    additional one (1) year period under the same Terms and
    Conditions.
    
    
    Canadian Content : Solely Limited
    
    The bidders will have to contact the Contracting Authority to
    order the Technical Data. Therefore, the request must be made as
    soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the data.
    Notwithstanding the above, Canada shall not be held responsible
    for untimely release of technical data since the data package
    shall be available for viewing at the following Department of
    Public Works and Government Services Regional offices:

    Winnipeg, Manitoba
    Edmonton, Alberta
    Vancouver, British-Colombia
