Nature of Requirements: 
This amendment is raised to change the closing date to November
18, 2014.

Shoes, court, low-cut, black for inmates. To be in accordance
with purchase description CAG-2-1407-762F and sealed sample. To
be delivered to Corectional Services Canada, Laval, Qc.

Delivery of firm quantities :
To be delivered between April 2015 and June 2015.

Firm Quantity : 12,000 pairs

"as -and -when requested"
An additional quantity of 6,000 pairs may be ordered on an "as
-and -when requested" basis during a 24 months period from the
contract award date.

Option
There is also a requirement for a minimum option of 500 pairs
and up to a maximum option of 12,000 pairs which may be
exercised within 24 months from contract award date.

Sealed samples , which are provided for guidance, may be viewed
at the following PWGSC regional offices :

Quebec, Qc
Montreal, Qc
Mississauga, ont.
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC

Enquiries 
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
