Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This amendment is done to change the closing date to August 28, 2015. Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for parkas and overalls for extreme cold weather in Canadian Disruptive Pattern Temperate Woodland (CADPAT TW) and extra twill fabric They are to be manufactured in accordance with the Department of National Defence specifications: Annex B- DSSPM 2-6-87-5421 dated 2012-03-12 Annex C- DSSPM 2-6-87-5767 dated 2012-03-12 Annex D- DSSPM 2-2-80-042 dated 2012-04-17 Annex E- DSSPM 2-2-80-052 dated 2012-04-17 Annex F- DSSPM 2-2-80-091 dated 2012-03-27 Annex G- DSSPM 2-2-80-214 dated 2012-04-24 Annex H- DSSPM 2-2-80-215 dated 2012-04-24 Annex I- DSSPM 2-2-80-500 dated 2012-01-31 Technical data will be issued upon request (sylvie.elder@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca). Therefore, it is imperative that this request for the bid documentation be done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated technical data. However, the Crown shall not be held responsible for untimely release of technical data, since the technical data package as well as the sealed samples shall be available for viewing at the following Public Works and Government Services Canada regional offices: Quebec, Quebec, Montréal, Quebec, Mississauga, Ontario and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Firm Quantity: This requirement is for a firm quantity of : 6200 Cold weather overall in CADPAT (TW) 6200 Cold weather parkas in CADPAT (TW) 200 meters of twill fabric Items are to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec and Edmonton , Alberta. "As and when requested" Specials: The total estimated quantity is 20 parkas and 20 overalls to be ordered on an "as and when requested" basis during a period of 36 months from the contract award date. Option:- Quantities estimated : This requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase additional estimated quantities. The option quantity can be for a minimum of 3,100 to a maximum of 6,200 each for parkas and overalls for each amendment. Multiple contract amendments can be done. This option may be exercised during a period of 36 months from the date of contract award. Canadian Content: This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is solely limited to Canadian goods.
