Nature of Requirements: 

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to
November 26, 2015.

Modification 001
The purpose of this amendment 001 is to extend the closing date
to November 5, 2015 and change the time zone from Eastern
Daylight Time (EDT) to Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a
requirement for underwear, drawers , temperate , naval , men's
and women's.

The drawers have to be manufactured in accordance with the
following Department of National Defence documents : DSSPM
2-2-87-518-Specification for underwear, drawers, temperate,
naval, men's and women's and sealed samples.

The bidder must contact the Contracting Authority to obtain the
technical data not included with the bid solicitation documents.
It is imperative that this request for the bid documentation be
done as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the
associated technical data. However, the Crown shall not be held
responsible for untimely release of technical data.

Firm quantity:
This requirement is for a firm quantity of 150,000 drawer's men
and 30,000 drawer's women to be delivered to Montreal, Qc.
Delivery of the firm quantity is requested complete no later
than 80 weeks after approval of the pre-production samples.. 

Option:- Quantities estimated :
This requirement also includes one (1) option to purchase
additional estimated quantities. Each option quantity can be for
an estimated quantity of 10,000 drawers and a maximum of
180,000. Four  contract amendments can be done. These options
may be exercised during a period of 60 months from contract
award.

Canadian Content: This requirement is subject to the Canadian
Content Policy and is limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries :
To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
