REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence has a requirement for cold wet weather gloves to be manufatured in accordance with the Department of National DefenceManufacturing Data DSSPM 2-3-87-9019 , Annex B dated 31 August 2015, which includes Appendices 1 to 5 (Leather, Insert, Insulation, Lining, CADPAT TW Specification),Annex C , Annex D , sealed pattern and drawings. FIRM QUANTITY: 6927 pairs to be delivered to Montreal and 4618 pairs to be delivered to Edmonton OPTION :One option for a minimum of 50% to a maximum of 100% of the firm quantity, and exercisable within a period of 24 months from contract award date DELIVERY REQUESTED: To be complete by 31 July 2017 Toa ssure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries must be submitted in writting and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven(7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
