Requirement
This requirement for the establishment of a Regional Indidvidual
Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN for the supply of Fabric for
Shirts (white & light blue) and Pants (white). Estimated usage
per year is 110,000 meters.

Period of Standing Offer
The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of
the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the
possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods.

Delivery
The fabrics are to be delivered to CORCAN Drummondville, Québec
and Laval, Québec within 4 weeks from receipt of order.

Pre-award samples and test results:
The bidders must submit pre-award samples and laboratory test
results (of each item) with their bid.

Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If
3 + bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.

Enquiries: 
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the bid closing date.
