    Nature of Requirements: 
    Amendment 002 is raised to extend the bid closing date from 10th
    April 2013 to 17th April 2013 and to modify a specification.
    
    All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the
    same.
    
    A proposal already submitted may be amended prior to closing
    time by sending the amended correspondence to Bid Receiving, the
    envelope/fax bearing the Solicitation No. B8817-120110/A and the
    new closing date April 17th, 2013.
    
    Canadian Flags for promotional use: 70 denier nylon; 10 inches x
    5 inches with stitched edges and stitched to a 14.25 inch black
    plastic stick; firm quantity of 200,000 units; must be as
    illustrated and described on page 11 (figure 1) and paragraph
    5.1 of the Canadian General Standards Board CAN/CGSB-98.2-2011;
    to be packaged in groups of 100 and secured with an elastic band.
    
    Required for Citizenship & Immigration Canada to be delivered to
    Ottawa, requested for December 1, 2013.
    
    Two options exists for a minimum of 50% up to a maximum of 100%
    of the above quantities.
    
    To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
    about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
    by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
    the bid closing date.
