Nature of Requirements: 
Requirement
This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional
Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Department of National
Defence for tailoring services to be provided to the Ceremoncial
Guard in the National Capital Region (NCR).  Fittings and
subsequent alterations, for approximately 175 uniform tunics,
will be required in a short time frame.  Tailors must be
available on a moment's request for priority alterations and
measurements.

Two (2) RISOs may be issued as a result of  this RFSO.

Period of Standing Offer
The services are to be provided to the Ceremonial Guard (CG) on
an "as and when requested" basis from May 1, 2013 to April 30,
2016 with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional
one-year period.

Visit to CG Supply
It is recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the
Offeror visit CG Supply on
March 19, 2013 in order to familiarize themselves with the
garments, at the same time, be briefed on the work to be
performed and schedules constraints.

Canadian Content
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and
is limited to Canadian services. 

Government Supplied Material:
Canada will provide Government Supplied Material for the
manufacture of some items. Refer to the Statement of Work for
more details.

Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
