Requirement
Transport Canada has a requirement for 90 commercially available
off the shelf Men's Parkas, Navy Blue.  The parkas are needed
for Transport Canada inspectors to undertake regulatory
inspections in Canada's north.

REQUESTED MODEL:  SNOW MANTRA or equivalent
MANUFACTURER:   Canada Goose

Option
This requirement also includes an option to purchase an
additional quantity of 90 parkas exercisable during a period of
24 months from contract award date.

Delivery:
All items are to be delivered to Transport Canada, Ottawa,
Ontario.  It is requested that the firm quantity be delivered
complete by October 31, 2014.

Technical Data and Product Sample
If a bidder offers an equivalent product, the parka must meet
the technical requirements specified at Annex B of the Request
For Proposal and the bidder must provide the technical data and
compliance statements.  The bidder may be requested to provide a
sample of the substitute parka after bid closing.  Refer to the
Request For Proposal for details.

Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
