    The Notice Amendment is raised to advise that the bid closing
    date is extended from 
    June 23, 2015 to June 26, 2015.

    Requirement
    Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for Inmate Black
    Dress Socks, 65% wool, 28% nylon filaments, 7% spandex to be
    manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description
    CAG-2-1504-223T dated April 21, 2015, the drawings and the
    sealed sample.
    
    Firm quantity
    Item 1 - quantity 88,800 pairs
    
    It is requested that the total firm quantity be delivered by
    October 13, 2015 to CSC National Depot in Laval, Quebec.
    
    Estimated quantity ("as and when requested")
    Item 2 - quantity 80,000 pairs
    
    The estimated quantity may be ordered on an "as & when
    requested" basis by CSC for a period of 36 months from the
    effective date of the contract and is to be delivered to CSC
    National Depot in Laval, Quebec.
    
    Option
    This requirement also includes an option to purchase an
    additional quantity for a maximum of 88,800 pairs exercisable
    for a period of 36 months from the date of contract award. 
    
    Pre-Award Sample
    Bidders must submit a pre-award sample and Certificates of
    Compliance with the bid.
    
    Sealed Patterns:
    The sealed patterns are available for viewing at the following
    Department of Publics Works and Government Services Regional
    Offices:  Montreal, QUE; Quebec, QUE; Mississauga, ON; Winnipeg,
    MB; Edmonton, ALTA.; Gatineau, QUE; and Vancouver, BC.
    
    The sealed sample will constitute the standard for any
    properties not identified by the Purchase Description.

    prior to the bid closing date.
