Amendment 002 is raised to extend the bid closing date to June 26, 2020, 2:00 pm.

REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Pouches to be manufactured in accordance with the RCMP specifications G.S. 1045-363, G.S. 1045-376, G.S. 1045-377 and G.S. 1045-378 and the viewing samples.

FIRM QUANTITY:
Item 1 - Pouch, Carbine, Single Magazine - 15,000 ea
Item 2 - Pouch, Naloxone - 7,500 ea
Item 3 - Pouch, Tourniquet, Black - 2,000 ea
Item 4 - Pouch, Individual, First Aid Kit, Black - 2,000 ea
Item 5 - Pouch, Tourniquet, Green - 500 ea
Item 6 - Pouch, Individual, First Aid Kit, Green - 500 ea


"AS & WHEN REQUESTED" QUANTITY
The requirement includes an estimated quantity which may be ordered on an "as & when requested" basis by the RCMP for a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract.  Canada is not obliged to request any such goods and the quantity of "as and when requested" goods is only an approximation of requirements.

OPTIONS
The requirement also includes three (3) options to purchase an additional quantity.

PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
Pre-award samples, component sample, along with supporting documentation (Certificates of Compliance and Component Data Sheet) will be requested after the bid closing from the lowest bidders.

VIEWING SAMPLES:
Viewing samples will be provided to bidders who are requested to provide pre-award samples after bid closing.  

CONTRACT FINANCIAL SECURITY:
If bid is accepted, the Bidder may be required to provide contract financial security in the amount of up to ten percent (10%) of the contract price. 

CANADIAN CONTENT POLCY:
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy and is solely limited to Canadian origin goods.

To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
