THIS CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
NO. W8486-123286/B DATED JULY 18, 2012 WHICH WAS DUE AT 2:00PM
ON NOVEMBER 1, 2012.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for BOX,
MULTIPLE OPERATIONS, 8460-20-005-8662 for a total quantity of
40,000 each to be supplied in accordance with Annexes A, B, C,
and associated Appendices.

There are two option quantities for a minimum of 20,000 each up
to a maximum of 40,000 each distributed amongst the destinations
as required by DND.  The Contracting Authority may exercise
option 1 and /or option 2 at any time until 31 March 2018, by
sending a written contract amendment  to the Contractor.

Delivery requested:  Delivery is requested to be completed by
May 31, 2014 or sooner.

Destinations:  Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec.
