REQUIREMENT:  The Department of National Defense has a
requirement for Winter/Arctic Camouflage screens for individual
soldiers to be manufactured in accordance with the Department of
National Defense Annex A, Annex B - Statement of Work (SOW),
Annex C,
drawing DSSPM 2-7.

FIRM QUANTITY:  6,500 each to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec
and 3,500 each to be delivered to Edmonton, Alberta.

FOUR OPTION QUANTITIES:  For a minimum of 1,750 each up to a
maximum of 5,000 each per option as required by DND.  All
options may be exercised within (48) months from contract award
date.

DELIVERY REQUESTED:   To be completed by March 31, 2015 or
sooner.

There is no other Technical Data other than what is included
with the bid documents from Merx.  
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
