    The Royal Canandian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Shirt "T" Crested Blue, Male and Female in accordance with RCMP Specification GS 1045-342, Dated 2017-06-19  pattern and viewing sample.
    
    As part of the techncial evalulation, to confirm a bidder's capability of meeting the technical requirements, one (1) pre-awared sample of the item below along with test reports and certificates of compliance will be required from low bidders after the bid closing date.
    
    Viewing sample
    Viewing sample will be provided to bidders who are requested to provide a pre-award sample. The viewing sample must be used for guidance of the manufacturer in all factors not covered by the specification. Variation for the specification may appear in the sample in which case the specification shall govern.

    This requirement also includes three (3) options for Shirts, T, Crested, Blue, Male and Female (regular size) 
    
    Option 1: est.qty of 10,000 exercisable  within 24 months from contract award date.
    Option 2: est.qty of 10,000 exercisable within 36 months from contract award date and
    Option 3: est.qty of 10,000 exercisable within 48 months from contract award date.
    
    A vewing sample may be viewed ( by appointment only) at the following Public Service and Procurement Canada's regiona offices at: Quebec, QC, Montreal, QC, Mississauga, Ont, Winnipeg, MB, Edmonton AB and Vancouver BC
