    Transport Canada has a requirement for fully assembled Unisex
    3-in-1 Anti-Static Inspector Jackets complete with outer shell,
    a detachable hood and a removable zip-out fleece liner.  These
    Inspector Jackets are to be supplied in various sizes for
    delivery to Transport Canada in Ottawa, Ontario.  Sealed samples
    will only be provided to bidders who will be requested to
    provide a pre-award sample.
    
    Technical Requirements:  All fully assembled Unisex 3-in-1
    Anti-Static Inspector Jackets must be manufactured in accordance
    with the Transport Canada technical specification dated
    2014-05-30, drawings, and viewing sample.  
    
    Sealed Samples:   Sealed Samples shall be available for viewing
    at the following Department of Public Works and Government
    Services Regional Offices:  Quebec City (Quebec); Montreal
    (Quebec); Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg (Manitoba); Edmonton
    (Alberta); Vancouver (B.C.) and Gatineau (Quebec).

    Delivery of the firm quantities is requested for completion as

    Enquiries:  To ensure a response before the bid closing date,
    all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in
