These Inspector Jackets are to be supplied in various sizes for delivery to Transport Canada in Ottawa, Ontario. Sealed samples will only be provided to bidders who will be requested to provide a pre-award sample. Technical Requirements: All fully assembled Unisex 3-in-1 Anti-Static Inspector Jackets must be manufactured in accordance with the Transport Canada technical specification dated 2014-05-30, drawings, and viewing sample. Sealed Samples: Sealed Samples shall be available for viewing at the following Department of Public Works and Government Services Regional Offices: Quebec City (Quebec); Montreal (Quebec); Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg (Manitoba); Edmonton (Alberta); Vancouver (B.C.) and Gatineau (Quebec). Firm Quantity: Item 001 - quantity: 309 Firm Quantity: Item 002 - quantity: 57 Option Quantity #1: up to a maximum of 155 Option Quantity #2: up to a maximum of 40 Delivery to Transport Canada in Ottawa, Ontario: Delivery of the firm quantities is requested for completion as specified in the solicitation. Option Quantities #1: may be ordered within 24 months of contract award Option Quantities #2: may be ordered within 24 months of contract award Enquiries: To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
