    Statistics Canada has a requirement for fully assembled Census
    Bags all in accordance with the Purchase Description dated
    12-August-2015, which also includes drawings and pictures.  No
    sealed samples are available for viewing.  
    
    In accordance with the Purchase Description, the shell material
    must be constructed of PVC laminated bright filament Nylon 6,
    and the Census Bag must be securely fabricated to carry census
    materials and subject to rough handling in any weather
    conditions. Also, the acceptable colours for the Census Bags are
    as follows : black, dark blue, or grey/silver. 
    
    
    Technical Requirements:  All fully assembled Census Bags must be
    manufactured in accordance with the Statistic Canada's purchase
    description dated 12-August-2015, including drawings and
    pictures.
    
    
    Firm Quantity:  Item 001 - quantity:  36,000 each
    
    
    Delivery to Statistics Canada warehouse in Brockville, Ontario
    
    
    Required Delivery Date:  
    All firm deliverables are requested on or before 21-January-2016.
    
    
    Delivery - Firm Quantity - Phased
    The first delivery must be made on or before 10-December-2015.
    The quantity delivered must be 12,000 each. The balance must be
    delivered at the rate of 6,000 each weekly after the first
    delivery until completion of the Contract (it is imperative that
    a minimum of 18,000 be delivered prior to 23-December-2015.
    
    
    
    Enquiries:  To ensure a response before the bid closing date,
    all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in
    writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven
    (7) calendar days prior to the closing date.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
