THIS SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 001 IS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE FROM 10-MARCH-2016 TO 30-MARCH-2016 AND TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:


a) Include the following specifications :

DSSPM 2-2-80-211 “SPECIFICATION FOR CLOTH, COATED, NYLON/POLYURETHANE, 425 /M²” 
DSSPM 2-2-80-500 “SPECIFICATION FOR CADPAT™(TW)” 
 
b) Change phone number at Gatineau, Quebec viewing office

c) Add email address to 25CFSD in Montreal

The Contractor is required to provide Canada for the Department of National Defence (DND) with Duffel Bags all in accordancewith the specifications, drawings and sealed pattern DAES 3-3C3-06, for delivery to 25 CFSD Montreal Depot.  The item shall be manufactured in accordance with DND specifications DSSPM 2-2-80-211 and DSSPM 2-2-80-500 and sealed patterns. All firm deliverables are requested complete by 30-June-2016.

Firm Quantities (item 001):  1,000
Option #1 (item 002) up to a maximum of 1,000 
Option #2 (item 003) up to a maximum of 1,000 
Option #3 (item 004) up to a maximum of 1,000 

Pre-Award Sample and Test Results
Bidders must provide pre-award samples and test results in accordance with DSSPM 2-2-80-500 “Specification for CADPAT™(TW)” must be included with their bid package.

Sealed Patterns and Technical Data:
The Sealed Patterns are available for viewing at the following Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) regional offices: Quebec Quebec, Montreal Quebec, MississaugaOntario, Edmonton Alberta, Winnipeg Manitoba and Vancouver B.C., and at DND, Gatineau Quebec.

The Technical Data Package forms part of the solicitation, however it is also available for viewing at the PWGSC regional offices.


This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).


The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods and/or services.  If there are two or more offers with avalid Canadian Content certification, then the evaluation will be limited to the offers with the certification.  Refer to the solicitation for more details.
