    Requirement:
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
    Air Control Panel and Technician Training. 
    
    Item 001 - Air Control Panel
    Required for replacement of light weight surface supplied diving
    air control panels from two (2) diver capability to three (3)
    diver capability.
    
    Technical Requirements :
    All items must be manufactured in accordance with the Annex A
    and Annex B, Statement of Work provided with the Request for
    Proposal (RFP).
    
    Firm Quantity - (Item 001) :
    A firm quantity of 3 each to be delivered to Victoria, British
    Columbia and 7 each to be delivered to Shearwater, Nova Scotia
    for a total quantity of 10 each.
    
    Delivery requested: 
    The delivery of the firm deliverables are requested complete by
    April 30, 2012.
    
    This requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase
    additional quantities as follows:  
    
    Option 1 - (Item 002) - Technician Training : Estimated quantity
    5 each
    The option may only be exercised for a minimum of  1 up to a
    maximum of  5  distributed amongst the items and destinations as
    requested by DND.  
    The Option may be exercised within 24 months after contract
    award date.
    Only one amendment may be issued to exercise the option 1.
    Option 2 - (Item 003) - Air Control Panel : Estimated quantity
    25 each
    The option may only be exercised for a minimum of  19  up to a
    maximum of  25  distributed amongst the items and destinations
    as requested by DND.  
    The Option may be exercised within 24 months after contract
    award date.
    Only one amendment may be issued to exercise the option 2.
    
    Tendering Procedures:
    Canadian Content - Conditionally Limited
    If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be
    considered.

    To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
    about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
    by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
