    Requirement:
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
    Strip, Camouflage, Fabric, Burlap Cloth to be supplied in
    various colours.

    Technical Requirements:
    Items must be provided in accordance with the following
    technical requirements:
    Strip, Camouflage, Fabric, Burlap Cloth, 100% Natural Jute;  
    3.00 inch wide; in rolls 360.00 ft (100 yards) long; designed
    for general purpose camouflage
    A tolerance of  + / - 5% on the stated width of 3 inches wide.
    The material supplied shall meet the requirements of NFPA 701
    Test #1 - Standard
    Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Resistant Textiles and Films;
    2010 Edition.

    Item 001 - Firm quantity of 40,000 yards (Montreal 25,000 yds
    and Edmonton 15,000 yds)
    Item 002 - Firm quantity of 30,000 yards (Montreal 20,000 yds
    and Edmonton 10,000 yds)
    Item 003 - Firm quantity of 30,000 yards (Montreal 20,000 yds
    and Edmonton 10,000 yds)
    Item 004 - Firm quantity of 20,000 yards (Montreal 13,000 yds
    and Edmonton 7,000 yds)
    Item 005 - Firm quantity of 10,000 yards (Montreal 7,000 yds and
    Edmonton 3,000 yds)
    Item 006 - Firm quantity of 10,000 yards (Montreal 7,000 yds and
    Edmonton 3,000 yds)
    Item 007 - Firm quantity of 10,000 yards (Montreal 7,000 yds and

    Delivery requested: 
    All firm deliverables are requested to start as soon as possible
    and complete by March 31, 2013.

    If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be
    considered.
