    STRAP, CHIN, CHAIN LINKS FOR BEAR SKIN CAP 
    
    Requirement:
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Strap, Chin, Chain Links for Bear Skin Cap (NSN 8415-20-009-2761) to be supplied in three (3) different sizes (small, medium, large).
    
    Technical Requirements
    The items must be manufactured in accordance with :
    1) Design Data List DDL-8486-152108 dated 14-12-05; 
    2) Annex B - Purchase Description dated 2 September 2015;
    3) Annex C - Pre-Award Evaluation dated 2 September 2015; 
    4) Annex D - Pre-Production Evaluation dated 2 September 2015; and 
    5) Sealed Pattern DSSPM 01-07.
    
    The bidder must contact the Contracting Authority to obtain the technical data which are not included with the bid solicitation documents.  It is important that each bidder sends their request as soon as possible in order to ensure timely receipt of the associated Technical Data.  However, Canada shall not be held responsible for untimely release of technical data, since theTechnical Data Package, as well as the Sealed Pattern, shall be available for viewing at the following Department of Public Works and Government Services Regional Offices: Department of Public Works and Government Services Regional Offices: Quebec, Quebec; Montreal, Quebec; Mississauga, Ontario; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Edmonton, Alberta, Vancouver, British Columbia and Halifax, Nova Scotia.
    
    Firm Quantity - (Item 001)
    A firm quantity of 500 each to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario.
    
    Delivery requested: 
    All firm deliverables are requested complete by 30 calendar days from written notice of approval of pre-production samples.
    
    Tendering Procedures:
    Conditionally Limited - If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods other bids will not be considered.
